Perspectives

People usually see the main, big problem than the solution or effort needed to throw the problem away.

for example:

the text:
Godisnowhere.
Different perspective from different person.
Honestly, I saw “GOD IS NOWHERE” while the others see “GOD IS NOW HERE”.

Paper and a dot.
Take a piece of paper and draw a small dot. Ask others by saying “WHAT IS THIS?” (not what the drawing is). They must say “THAT IS A DOT” rather than “THAT IS A PAPER”.

The story about a girl who ‘draws’ her parents’ car.
This is a true story. I heard it from my CB teacher.

A small family consisted of a father, a mother, a daughter, and a servant had bought a brand new car that hadn’t insuranced yet. So, Mum and Dad were going while Deedee (the daughter’s name) was playing at home with the servant.

Deedee was an elementary school girl who likes to draw. Her drawings were placed in her room and she often shows them to her parents. Knowing she was just a kid, her parents always give her positive opinions about her drawings. Although the drawings were horrible, terrible, or vegetable.

Seeing a gorgeous car parked on the houseyard, she got a brilliant idea! How about drawing some pictures there? She did not have any markers or pens or pencils. So she decided to draw the car by using a nail that she found near the car.

(Draws, draws, draws, this is mother, this is father, this is Kattie, and this is me! There is a sky, there is a house, there is a tree, there is a sun.. whatever)

She eagerly wanted to see her parents. Hoping they will home soon.

“Mum and Dad must love this drawing.” she thought.

After several hours, her parents were home. They were extremely SHOCKED by the “doodled car”. Wondering who did this, they asked the servant.

Deedee, who did not know what was happening, showed herself off, smiling, said, “I’ve been waiting for you two for sooo long. Look at this! Nice isn’t it?!”.

Her parents began to torture her like a madmonster. Her hands were hurt. And no bandages or medicines or whatever to cure her wound. “Sleep in Kattie’s room!” told her mother.

Almost a week, sleeping in Kattie’s room. Kattie went to the mother and tell her about Deedee’s situation. Deedee got fever. Since her parents were not angry anymore, they brought Deedee to the hospital.

They got a very sad news that Deedee’s hands needed to be amputated. It was too late. Her hands’ nerves were already rotten.

“Mummy, Daddy, I will not draw your car again but please return my hands.”

In this story, we can see that Deedee’s parents were just seeing the main problem. They tortured their own daughter because the car was damaged, the car was broken, and the car was not a new car again.

They didn’t think about this:
Would the car back?
